Registration, usage, or purchase of any of Aalfa Communication’s Products implies your express consent and agreement to this Policy. 1. Collection of Information

To facilitate your seamless access to Aalfa Communication Products, billing, innovation, improvement, marketing, promotion, and/or for complying with regulatory obligations, Aalfa Communication may collect the following types of information:

Information which either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available to Aalfa Communication, is capable of identifying you. This may include:

• Basic Details: Name, father’s name, mother’s name, spouse’s name, date of birth, phone number, email address, communication or permanent address provided during registration.

Sensitive Personal Data

Treated as a part of Personal Information and includes:

• Passwords or authentication information for any Aalfa Communication Products.

Mandated Information (Required by Law)

We are legally required to collect the following mandatory information to provide services:

• Basic registration details (Name, Phone Number, Address).
• Registration photograph.
• Proof of Identity (PAN Card, Driving License, Passport).
• Proof of Address (Driving License, Passport, Utility Bills).

Note: In the CAF, mandatory and optional fields are clearly identified. If you refuse to provide mandatory information, deny consent for its usage, or later withdraw your consent, we may discontinue or deny the related services.

Non-Personal Information

Information that does not personally identify you, including web sessions, internet usage, web beacons, aggregate log data, IP addresses, Wi-Fi network names (SSID) and strength, browser type/language, search results, and location data via mobile apps. We use this to tailor services, measure traffic, improve quality, and provide targeted advertising. You may opt out of sharing surfing information by changing your browser's privacy settings.
